Carolina gets home. No one's there. She's surprised. Wait a note on the piano. Concerned, packs a small bag and enters an address in the GPS. A large slate building appears between the trees upon her arrival. It's a Hospedería, a rustic, modern and stylish hotel, and in reception there's another note... "This seems like a fun game"... Will it have the same ending?.
Born the 18th of May, 1981 in Badajoz, Rubén has been involved in the film scene since a young age. In 1999 he began studying for his degree in Audiovisual Comunication, the beginning of his journey with one goal in mind: to enjoy doing something which he loves, telling stories. After finishing his degree, he began his doctorate specializing in film script writing. From this moment on he maintained his objective of bettering himself by constantly learning new things. In 2005 he travelled to Madrid with the intention of complementing his knowledge of screenplay by studying a Degree in Screenplay for Film and Television at the Film Institute (Instituto del Cine). After two years working as a tv producer in Extremadura, and because he realized that a good director should be familiar with more than just his own work, he decided that it was time to Cinematography at the Film Institute, as well as various seminars focused on editing, screenplay and postproduction. All of the above is compatible with his teaching Directing and Screenwriting. Since 2008 he has worked as a director and screenwriter of various short films, documentaries, advertisements, and promotional videos. At the moment he is working as a producer for different agencies in Madrid as well as recently finishing his role as TV producer for the TV documentary series "Objective: Development" (Objetivo Desarrollo), 2010-2011.
