synopsis
A poem of human nature.

director
Valentyn Korotkevych. Originated from Ukraine, settled in Toronto, Ontario as an international student. Been enrolled in local college, where he studied under "Computer Science" major for a year before quitting. By the age of 18 discovered his passion for art. First lucky encounters of local acting classes and independent theatre productions became a real eye-opener. Digging deep and exploring the physicality & tonality of globally known and established acting techniques (Meisner exercise specifically) , brought him into the land of writing and eventually directing his own work. First project includes "Tea?" which won awards at: NYC Indie FIlm Awards (New York), LA Shorts Awards (Los Angeles), Mindfield Film Festival Los Angeles (Los Angeles), Canada Shorts - Award of Merit. As well as trying his play-writing skills on putting on his first play "Contagious" at Toronto Fringe. Current project "Paradise. Death. Mars" speaks in experimental, poem based language. Primary discussing the issue of Human-Environment co-existence and nature.

filmmaker's note
As it goes (aka should go) my one and only personal concern is to stay inspired & hope to leave a mark and make the nudge of improvement. To recognize the subjects of natural life-flow, that is tragically, progressively falling, considering our present state of social mind. To tell stories that matter. To audiences, who care. The one & only accuse we are left to cope with is an overwhelming fear of unknown upon us.
