Abandoning social norms, a woman ventures into new territory to explore her sexuality.
Adam Griffith is a key member of the up-and-coming female driven NYC production company SHAKEDOWN PRODUCTIONS. He works alongside his closest collaborator and life partner, Erika Santosuosso, as well as the founder of the company and long time friend, Alexandra Rose. Founded in 2015 by Alexandra Rose, Shakedown was created in response to the lack of diversity within the entertainment industry. It aims to tell compelling stories while engaging people both overlooked and underrepresented in the industry. This film is Adam Griffith's debut directing project. He was picked specifically by his wife, the writer/producer, due to the intimate sexual nature of the story. Past credits include 49 (short/cinematographer & editor), Extra/Ordinary (web series/editor), and We're the Griffiths (documentary/editor & cinematographer).
Love, relationships, and sex are constructs that deserve to be discussed and explored beyond their typical way of functioning; especially in regards to the feminine experience. I'm honored to have been chosen and trusted to explore these themes.
