synopsis
Seven crying boys watch Snow White being pulled away in a glass coffin by Thomas the Tank Engine. We enter the subconscious of Snow White through her Hello Kitty bow. The train races through a toadstool forest destroying a ceramic apple which Darth Vader, the evil queen, holds floating above her hand. Snow White and Thomas exit through a golden magic mirror into a rainbow colored womb through floating Real-Horror-Show-Miffy heads. A fast moving industrial elevator pushes up the coffin, separating Snow White from Thomas, into a concrete elevator shaft. The trip ends in a space hangar with a parked DeLorean. Snow White floats up into the sky, lands in the driver seat of the DeLorean and flies away. She exits out of Bambi's behind flying through trees and circling back to the deer's head, where it eats the DeLorean and Snow White out of the air.Leaving Snow White's dream world, we see her in her in an empty hospital room with just a beeping heart monitor. She flat-lines.

director
Faiyaz Jafri is an artist and film maker, born and raised in rural Holland of Dutch and Pakistani decent. Jafriís art explores Jungian archetypes in the modern world. In addition he searches for neo-archetypes in mass media and global popular culture. His work has an almost clinically engineered feel to it without becoming cold or soulless. It is this contrast between unnatural perfection and the fact that his work conveys a strong emotion that makes his work at times haunting but always strangely human. His work has been exhibited in the form of print, pantings, video installations, animations and life size sculptures all over the world. More on Jafri and his work can be found on his site bam-b.com and his blog.
