Intrepid members of The Long Island City Boathouse Boathouse navigate the East River under cover of darkness. The LIC Boathouse is a community organization supported by Partnerships for Parks which operates out of a warehouse behind the Pepsi-Cola sign. Members navigate New York's waterways and guide paddlers to vantage locations where they gain unusual perspective on the skyline and urban life.
