synopsis After finding out that her plans to adopt a child will be denied, Nikki Holiday, a drag queen cabaret star, still getting over a break up from her long term boyfriend, does her best to fill the void in her life. When a young bouncer, who works at the theater, lends a helping hand in continuing her pursuit to become a parent, Nikki comes to realize what she's had all along.
director Adam Rose was just eight years old when he started his professional acting career. Rose appeared in the 1997 Woody Allen comedy Deconstructing Harry. Later on, he played the role of Otto in Noah Baumbach's 2003 dramedy The Squid and the Whale, before scoring the recurring role of Max on the TV series Veronica Mars in 2006. After playing the memorable role of Make-Out-Dave in the Oscar nominated Up in the Air in 2009, he joined the cast of 2010's The Bounty Hunter, followed by a part in the Jennifer Lopez comedy The Back-Up Plan later that same year. Most recently he's been on Weeds and is currently working on a feature writing/driecting venture.
