synopsis
Inquiring about a house for rent, a woman finds an impossible landlord who perhaps just won't rent it to her because she's too beautiful.

Kenneth Wajda has been creating character-driven cinema for both the big and small screen since his acclaimed super 8 narrative short in college. As a writer and director of independent films and commercials, Kenneth believes that it all comes down to story first, as seen in his previous award-winning short films MORNING HONEY (2010) and FOOT SOLDIER (2007). Based in Boulder, Colorado, Kenneth is currently developing a feature film as well as producing a series of PSAs for the U.S. Air National Guard's Wingman Project, an anti-suicide ad campaign.
