synopsis A devout Catholic, unemployed young woman from Hell's Kitchen shares an apartment with her equally unemployed Chilean immigrant boyfriend and cop sister (the lease holder). When the sister threatens to evict them unless they pay their fair share of the rent, the couple resort to desperate measures and find themselves in the middle of a real estate war -- a potentially fatal situation requiring the woman to choose between the only neighborhood she's ever known and a boyfriend who may or may not be what he appears.
