An Interpol agent under cover, has been on the trail of a drug cartel. He finally catches up to them in NYC and successfully arranges a meeting. At the meeting, things quickly turn for the worse and fill the atmosphere with high tension, danger and an unexpected twist.
Born in Naples, Italy, Federico Castelluccio moved with his family to Paterson, New Jersey, in 1968. In 1982 he was awarded a full scholarship to the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where he earned a BFA in painting and media art. As an actor, Federico Casteluccio may be best known for his role as Furio Giunta imported hit man and object of Carmella Soprano's affections, on the HBO TV series "The Sopranos". Castelluccio, however, has done equally impressive work behind the camera. His most recent film project was "Lily of the Feast", with an all star cast like Paul Sorvino (Godfellas), Toni Lobianco (French Connection) etc. Lily of the Feast tells the story about a former bookie turned banker with a special gift for memorizing numbers, is unwittingly cast into the forefront of an aging wise-guy's bid for power. For his work as a director on "Lily of the Feast" Federico was awarded as Best Director, he won the Audience Award and received the Creative Vision Award. The film Forget Me Not which Federico wrote and directed starring Yvonne Maria Schaefer and Peter Greene, was filmed in New York City. It had international success in Film Festivals. Also it was nominated for an award in the International Moscow Film Festival. 2007 he directed the award winning film Tracks of Color, which debuted at the HBO New York International Latino Film Festival. Tracks of Color tells the story of a Dominican South Bronx family. The father is a failed New York Yankee ball player, forced to quit the game due to injuries, while also raising his young Graffiti artist son. 2012 Federico directed Keep Your Enemies Closer, with veteran actor William Sadler (Green Mile), Peter Greene (Pulp Fiction) Yvonne Maria Schaefer (The Child) and Manny Perez (La Soga). Next up for Federico Castelluccio is a film he wrote and will direct, called Silence, shooting in New York City, with legendary actor and Oscar winner Eli Wallach.
