synopsis
Karen's preternatural stalker may be back, but she's moving forward. Preferably in one piece. Clean Break is a comedic, genre-bending take on a modern horror staple through the lens of relationships.
director
Michael Chmiel is a producer, actor, writer and director. Selected Film/TV acting credits include The Inevitable Defeat of Mister and Pete, Martha Marcy May Marlene, William Vanderbilt in The History Channel's upcoming The Men Who Built America, The Zombie Chronicles, Terrifier, ESPN's The Bronx is Burning. Michael has also appeared in dozens of classical theater productions. He is a member of Resonance Ensemble's Artistic Ensemble and holds an MFA from San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater. Charred is his film directorial debut. Michael lives in Astoria, NY.
