This feature length documentary that explores the many shades of being gay by what connects us all: love. The film looks at love though 360 degrees of parents, children, and generations. The participants will represent a large range of age groups, ethnicities and professions. They are male, female and those who are still yet to be defined.
After achieving successful career in advertising and commercial film directing Jill Salvino jumped the fence and began writing and directing for film. She has directed three film shorts. Taking it for Granted has screened and won prizes in over a dozen film festivals across the US in the past two years, including a special screening at NYC’s Downtown Film Festival after taking home Best Drama. The Sonnet Project #74, presented by the New York Shakespeare Exchange, currently touring in the UK and Lies People Tell premiered in the San Pedro International Film Festival. It was recently chosen by the New York Women in Film and Television as one of their Top Short Films of the Year.
A member of Promax, long-standing chair of the Telly Silver Counsel, and a Gold Member of the New York Women in Film and Television.
