synopsis
Choi found his mother with advanced Dementia was missing one day. He asked around to search for her, but to no avail. He then put a post in the social networking site. In just one night, his post had attracted attention from many Internet users. In order to retain his popularity in the online world, CHOI decided to take a short selfie video - sharing all the memories of his mother and their sufferings from the disease. The selfie video went viral and initiated the" Crash Wall Challenge " in the online world. More and more people participated and took the challenge...

Hong Heng Fai. A Macau director whom had completed four short films since 2014, including BEFORE DAWN, CAGED, IN MEMORY OF HER and CRASH. CRASH was awarded the 'Best Narrative Film' of the 16th South Taiwan Film Festival and the 'Best Narrative Short Film' of the '13th China Independent Film Festival'. Moreover, it was selected to screen in the '14th SHNIT International Short Film Festival', '32nd Interfilm Short Film Festival Berlin' and being nominated for 'The Best Live Action Short Film' of the 53rd Golden Horse Awards.
