Michael Taylor Jackson is an award-winning filmmaker and visual artist who grew up in Northern California. His first film, Streets of Paradise, a 50-minute documentary about the homeless, premiered at the Santa Barbara Film Festival while he was an undergrad. His subsequent films have screened at Cinequest, Sarasota, and Sonoma where he won the 2017 Best Drama Short Film Award. In 2016, Michael was selected as one of thirteen Directors to participate in the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema's new MFA program at Steiner Studios.
